Forklift Offloading Rules
- Due to 1250×2500 mm pallet length, forklift fork length should be at least 1.20 – 1.40 meters.
- Pallets should be centered between wooden timber runners for balanced lifting.
- Stack a maximum of 3 pallets high on flat, level and well-drained ground.
Crane & Webbing Sling Offloading
- Use wide polyester webbing slings when unloading with tower cranes or mobile cranes.
- Place corner protectors at sling contact points to prevent edge compression on top and bottom sheets.
- Never allow direct steel wire ropes to bear against the polymer boards.
