Formwork sheeting represents one of the largest early capital commitments on concrete jobsites. With traditional plywood, contractors continuously re-ordered replacement sheets due to rot. With SerPlywood 60+ reuse polymer panels, an accurate upfront calculation determines the entire project's inventory once and for all.
Standard international metric panel size is 1250 × 2500 mm, providing 3.125 m² per sheet. For beams and narrow columns, 625 × 2500 mm panels provide 1.5625 m².
• Net Floor Footprint: 1,000 m²
• Beam Multiplier: 1.30 -> Total Contact Surface = 1,300 m²
• Polymer Cutting Allowance (6%): 1,300 × 1.06 = 1,378 m²
• Total 18mm Sheets Needed: 1,378 / 3.125 = 441 Sheets (9 Pallets of 50)

Common questions regarding board selection, reuse cycles, technical parameters, and global delivery.
Our standard board dimension is 125 × 250 cm (1250 × 2500 mm = 3.125 m²). An optional 62.5 cm width and custom-cut lengths are available for columns and beams. Thicknesses and net sheet weights are: 15 mm (28 kg / 8.96 kg/m²), 18 mm (32 kg / 10.24 kg/m²), and 21 mm (41 kg / 13.12 kg/m²).
Thickness alone does not determine full suitability. Polymer structure, fresh concrete hydrostatic pressure, support joist spacing, and framing connections must be evaluated within a proper formwork design.
Yes, products certified for slab loads can be safely deployed over H20 timber beams, table forms, or steel framing systems.
Thermopolymers expand in heat and gain rigidity in severe cold. Therefore, an expansion joint gap (1.5 – 2 mm) recommended by the manufacturer should be maintained at board joints.
Because polymers do not chemically adhere to concrete, release agent requirements are minimal and often eliminated in routine pours. For pristine architectural finishes, a light water-based release agent may be applied.
Pricing is determined by polymer type (PP/PVC), thickness (15, 18, 21 mm), order volume (sheets, pallets, full container/truckload), and delivery terms (jobsite, warehouse, or seaport).
