Official Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and compliance certificates matching public and private construction tender criteria are provided.
Field-proven practices to achieve maximum reuse cycles (50-70+ pours) and zero-deflection architectural concrete finishes.
Set joists at 20-25 cm for 15 mm, 25-30 cm for 18 mm, and 30-35 cm for 21 mm. Keeps flexural deflection securely below L/500 limits.
Standard: Max L/500 DeflectionUse duplex formwork nails or countersunk screws positioned at least 20 mm inward from edges. Use flat pry bars during stripping to prevent puncturing.
Min 20 mm Edge InsetPP polymers naturally repel wet cement slurry; reduce release oil usage by ~70%. Apply only an ultra-thin mist, preventing puddles on form faces.
70% Lower Oil ConsumptionCut using standard site circular saws or table saws. Employ carbide-tipped fine blades (60-80 teeth) for clean, splinter-free edges without melt burrs.
60-80 Tooth Carbide BladeTie-rod penetrations or impact gouges can be patched on site within minutes using hot-air plastic welding rods or two-component polymer mastic.
Hot-Air / Mastic PatchingFully rated from -20°C freezing conditions up to +60°C summer heat. Impermeable to rain and mud; store flat with protective sheets during long layovers.
-20°C to +60°C StabilityAccess official technical submittals, accredited laboratory tensile/flexural test certs, and CE compliance sheets formatted for government and private tenders.
Common questions regarding board selection, reuse cycles, technical parameters, and global delivery.
The polymer name alone is not a sufficient selection criterion. Internal cross-section (solid, honeycomb, or fluted), weight, test certificates, jobsite temperature ranges, and pricing must all be evaluated together.
They describe the internal cross-sectional geometry of the board. Honeycomb and cellular structures provide lightweight handling, while solid core boards offer different deflection and impact dynamics.
The operating model is specialized polymer formwork procurement, supply, and direct project delivery. Manufacturing and authorized distribution credentials are fully specified within institutional documentation.
Thickness alone does not determine full suitability. Polymer structure, fresh concrete hydrostatic pressure, support joist spacing, and framing connections must be evaluated within a proper formwork design.
Yes, when the framing is engineered for the concrete pour rate and lateral hydrostatic pressure, they perform exceptionally in wall and column panels.
